An operator who became a teacher, leader, and systems thinker.

My career has moved through technical cyber operations, people leadership, workforce qualification, technical instruction, program design, and deeper work in governance and AI risk.

I like complicated problems. I love making them less complicated for everyone else.

Cybersecurity can become a language people use to prove expertise rather than solve problems. I’m interested in the opposite: clear thinking, useful systems, honest evidence, and explanations that help people act.

I spent more than eight years across cybersecurity, intelligence, training, and leadership environments. Technical work gave me respect for evidence and uncertainty. Leading and teaching showed me that even the best answer fails when people cannot understand it, practice it, or sustain it.

Today, I’m focused on commercial cybersecurity governance, program leadership, human risk, resilience, and the emerging challenge of governing AI responsibly.

Clarity is operational

Confusion creates risk. Plain language is not dumbing something down; it is finishing the work.

Evidence earns confidence

A strong claim should survive questions about where it came from, what it means, and what it leaves out.

Teaching is leadership

People become more capable when leaders explain the structure, invite questions, and make practice possible.

Systems should outlast heroes

Documentation, ownership, review cycles, and maintainability matter more than one person saving the day.

Education

Formal study extends the career—not the other way around.

Why I teach

Knowledge is more useful when it moves.

I do not want this site to be a trophy case. I want a recruiter to understand my work, a peer to find a source, and someone learning cybersecurity to leave smarter than they arrived.
