My work sits between the systems that generate risk and the people accountable for deciding what to do about it.
I spent seven and a half years in the U.S. Navy, supporting cyber operations and NSA/USCYBERCOM mission environments. That experience taught me to respect technical evidence, operational pressure, and the cost of unclear ownership.
Later, as a senior network analyst instructor, I translated complex technical material into learning systems that helped people perform. Across those roles, the recurring challenge was rarely a lack of information. It was making information usable—through standards, decisions, feedback, and accountability.
Today, I am applying that experience to cybersecurity governance and AI risk: connecting operational evidence with decisions, ownership, and responsible adoption.

I treat AI as a useful tool—not a substitute for accountable judgment.
I am interested in governance that makes AI use transparent, evidence-based, and accountable—especially when automated systems influence security, privacy, or organizational decisions.

My connection to Thailand is personal, and my relocation there in January 2027 is fixed. My Thai citizenship-by-descent documentation is underway. My professional focus is Thailand-first, with broader APAC roles in scope when they support a Thailand-based career.
I am researching how privacy, cybersecurity governance, and AI risk are evolving across the region so I can work from local context rather than import a fixed playbook.
