Scope of the role

I delivered five network-analysis courses while maintaining the learning environments, resources, assessments, and issue workflow that made instruction possible. The role moved from Jacobs to Amentum when the business unit was merged into Amentum and separated from Jacobs.

Course delivery made recurring friction visible: unclear material, environment failures, uneven resources, and issues that had not been captured consistently.

Materials and environments

I created three student resources, developed more than 100 instructional slides, and built or refined more than 10 tests and quizzes. I also supported VMware vSphere environments for three classes across three classrooms and 90 desks.

Each artifact addressed a specific source of ambiguity or disruption in the learning process.

Issue management

I used Jira and Confluence to document delivery issues, created a Jira guide so problems could be captured consistently, and worked through more than 55 course-content issues. I also resolved more than 12 hardware or software issues that affected learning continuity.

Virtual delivery

Across government and civilian roles, I delivered eight virtual course iterations. Virtual cohorts achieved a 100% pass rate, including learners distributed across Hawaii, Maryland, Texas, and Georgia and operating across four time zones.

The delivery model preserved the course standard while adapting the learning environment to real geographic and scheduling constraints.
